How Coaching Works
Sessions with your coach are conducted via telephone and email, usually for 30-40 minutes, 2-4 times per month. Sessions are generally at regularly scheduled times, and clients typically present an agenda of items to be discussed in advance. We can always touch base between sessions as needed either via a short call or email.
These methods allow you the greatest flexibility. You can call from any quiet place to insure the least intrusion on your work and personal life. After the call you can quickly return to your environment with renewed energy and enthusiasm to meet the day before you.
Terms of coaching
Please think of coaching as a process. Many people find they can create interim changes for themselves in a short time, but to refine and sustain the changes takes several months. This is why you should expect to commit to a minimum of 3 to 6 months of coaching, to insure a strong return on your investment.
